Shipping & Handling

At SVBEAUTÉ, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from checkout other delivery. Please review or shipping policies below before placing your order. 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment has been successfully recieved and verfied. During high volume sales, holidays, new product launches, or promotional events, times may be extended. Customers will be notfied of an significant delays. Business Days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

SVEBAUTÉ currently ships throughout the United States. Once your order has been processed, shipping times typically range from STANDARD Shipping- 3-7 Business Days, PRIORITY Shipping- 2-4 Business Days (when available),  EXPRESS Shipping-1-2 business days (when Available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are NOT Guaranteed. A Tracking Number will be sent via Email once your order has shipped. A signature will be required for some deliveries, please arrange for someone to sign for your package, if signature delivery is selected.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for proving accurate shipping information at checkout. SVBEAUTÉ is NOT responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping center SVBEAUTÉ is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact the shipping carrier to directly file a claim. We will gladly assist customers in locating packages whenever possible. 

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will recieve a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carriers system. 

Shipping Restrictions

SVBEAUTÉ reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit shipments to certain locations due to carrier restrictions, fraud prevention measures or any other operational concerns. 

International Shipping 

SVBEAUTÉ may offer shipping to select international destinations. International customers are encouraged to contact us before placing large orders to confirm shipping availability to their country. Please Note: International delivery times vary by destination. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or brokerage charges required by their country. SVBEAUTÉ is NOT responsible for delays caused by customs agencies or international carriers.
