By placing an order with SVBEAUTÉ, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to Health, Hygeine, and product integrity standards all sales are considered final unless the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
*The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
*All original packaging, tags, security seal, zip ties, and protective coverings must remain intact and attached.
*The return request must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
*The product must not show signs of installation, brushing, combing, washing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, styling, or chemical processing.
SVBEAUTÉ reserves the right to inspect all returned merchanis before approving any refund or exchange.
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
*Worn Hair Extensions
*Colored or Chemically Altered Products
*Sale items and Clearance Items
*Digital Products
*Gift Cards
*Hair that has been installed
*Customized wigs
Any Product returned with broken security seals, removed zip ties, or signs of use will be rejected and returned to customer.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If you recieve an incorrect or damaged item please contact SVBEAUTÉ within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include the folloeing information:
*Order number
*Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
*Photos of the shipping label
Failure to report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours may result in delay or denial of the claim.
Upon Verification, SVBEAUTÉ may provide:
*Replacement product
*Store Credit
*Refund, when appropriate
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Approved Refunds will only be issued for:
*Products recieved that were damaged during transit
*Incorrect items shipped by SVBEAUTÉ
*Inventory shortages verfied by SVBEAUTÉ
*Orders cancelled before fufillment.
Refunds are not issued based on personal preference
*Color variation due to screen settings
*Improper Installation or Maintenance
*Delays caused by Carriers
* Refusal of Delivery
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before processing and fufillment begins.
Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation cancellation requests may be denied.
SVBEAUTÉ reserves the right to charge payment processing fees incurred on canceled orders where permitted by law.
FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK
We actively monitor all transactions for fraud. To protect our customers and Business:
* Billing and Shipping information may be verified before shipment
*Orders flagged by our fraud detection system may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification.
*SVBEAUTÉ reserves the right to request identity verification for high-value or suspicious orders.
Failure to provide Verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
CHARGEBACK ABUSE POLICY
If a customer initiates a chargeback after recievng merchandise without first contacting SVBEAUTÉ for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using:
*Delivery Confirmation, tracking records, signature confirmation
*Order documentation, Fraud Screening records, and packaging records.
Fraudulent Chargebacks may result in Permanent account restrictions, refusal of future services, and submission of reports to law enforcement, finacial institutions and payment processors.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
